    While we focus on website design/development, we also specialise in online form solutions. However, we have over a decade of experience creating everything from email campaigns and social media posts, ads, calendars & scheduling to videos, photography, flyers, logos, and business cards—basically anything that needs a creative touch!

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Simply fill out our contact form, and we’ll aim to get back to you within one business day to schedule a time that works best.

  • How long does a typical project take?

    For a website with basic needs i.e. a plumber who works alone and needs an online presence with sufficient SEO ranking. It would take a consult session to learn what works for this client, who their average client is. It would take anywhere from 2 to 4 business weeks.

  • Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?

    We provide immediate ownership of every new website. Once your domain is connected, it’s ready to represent your business online. After that, you can take one of two paths:

    1. Maintenance Plan ($80/month): This plan includes one hour of support each month for updates or fixes, along with security management and SSL certificate renewals at no extra cost. If additional time is needed beyond the included hour, we then charge an hourly fee of $50. Don’t worry—we’ll always provide a quote for any extra work upfront to ensure complete transparency.
    2. Independent Management: If you prefer, you can take full control of the site yourself and simply cover the base platform fee of the website. Should you need assistance down the road, We are available on an hourly basis and just a call away.
  • Are there any hidden costs?

    We believe in full transparency. Every proposed service will be clearly outlined in our agreement so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
